REAL GRASS-FED & GRASS-FINISHED BEEF!
Our Sweetland Farm steers (Jersey/Shorthorn) are 100% grass-fed, and finished on grass.
They spend their whole lives outside in the pastures, contentedly grazing alongside their mommas when young calves. In the wintertime, they feed exclusively on organic hay, minerals and sea salt. At spring time, they eagerly return to the pastures, where they dine on a fresh paddock of diverse grasses and legumes each day.
Beef like ours contains fats that are fundamentally different than fats in corn and soy-fed animals. They contain a storehouse of Omega-3’s and CLA’s, which are heart-healthy, immune enhancing, & help build lean muscle.

Our Sweetland Farm steer calves grew up with their mommas on whole milk and momma's love, grazing on certified organic pastures, organic minerals and sea salt. They accompanied their mommas when we brought the cows to and from the pastures for milking time. These calves started nibbling grass at just a few days old, learning from their mommas which plants to eat.
